Better Insurance claims are handled by Toggle®, a member of the Farmers Insurance® family and the underwriter of Better Insurance home policies. Toggle is a fully digital company - therefore, they aim to pay for claims electronically whenever possible. When electronic claims payment is not possible, a paper check will be mailed to your policy address.
